Incoming frosh here. How big is the Greek System at Arizona? I'm interested in joining a sorority but it sounds super competitive and cut throat based on what I have read here. Are independents(? people not in a sorority) frowned down upon?

@Question: honey, you can't believe everything you read online. Yes it's competitive here, but the weird things you see posted (Gphi vs. Aphi, Tridelt vs. AEphi, etc) are probably just a small but very vocal minority of bad apples. In the end, every house has it's own unique things that make it special. ANd in the end we wear our letters proudly and come together to represent Arizona Greek Life together. My advice is to go through recruitment and see for yourself! You might be very pleasantly surprised!
