i'm not in greek life. this site is hard because every person has their opinion of the exact order so i'm giving you unbiased and TRUE tiers.

tier 1: pi phi, alpha phi, g phi
tier 2: theta, delta gamma, kappa
tier 3: sigma kappa, chi o
tier 4: aephi, tri delt, adpi

That link provides public information on who's on probation, why, and with what sanctions. Pay careful attention especially to hazing violations. You can also look at sorority academic statistics from there. These resources will help you make an informed decision during recruitment.
