sounds about right. as a fraternity man, i agree with this guys perspective.

Hopefully girls rushing in the fall are not looking at this for a good idea for rush
1- being in a 'top' house, does not make you as a person any bit cooler
2- 4 years is not very long, these stereotypes are not true, things change EVERY YEAR with the new pc because they tend to be the majority of the house
3- pick a house for the people, not the name. bottom line: who cares what house your in, if you dont like the girls.

idk man, tri delts not bad like they used to be. a lot of people are saying theyre a middle tier house. not sure if i would say that, but judging on their last pc, they're pretty damn good.

i dont care much for the top tiers like gphi, pi phi, alpha phi and theta. to be honest, middle tier houses have just as many good looking girls, and they dont come with the attitude. however, lower tiers like adpi, aephi and chi need to be left alone. they're unnatractive AND have bad personalities which is why they're bottom tier.
