im a guy in a middle tier fraternity. this is what me and my buddies think is the most accurate rankings. this list takes both hottness and personalities into account. and i know enough girls from each house to make accurate generalizations. this is truly the most accurate list.
1. pi phi
2. gamma phi
3. alpha phi
4. dg
5. theta
6. kappa
7. tri delta
8. chi o
9. sigma kappa
10. adpi
11. aephi

i agree with this list. im an sae. although i would switch pi phi with gamma phi. other than that the list is accurate.

I would switch DG and Theta because theta got a really good pc this year. But being as unbiased as possible, Alpha Phi, G Phi, and pi phi are the 3 top houses in no particular order. They are on the same playing field. Theta runs a close second and DG after that. The rest just kinda go together after those houses.

And if you read the rankings for chi-o it is obvious that they are self ranking. However, I will say that they are smart girls, and I have met some nice ones. But they are definitely not a top tier house.
