This is my impression of the natural breaks between the tiers. The houses listed are not in any order, but the same quality of PNMs will generally choose between those houses.

1 G Phi, Alpha Phi, Pi Phi

2 Theta, DG, Kappa

3 Sigma Kappa, Chi-O

4 ADPi, AEPi, Tri Delt

Greekrank is all messed up right now. The top houses don't have everyone sitting around ranking themselves, so the bottom houses have shot to the top....but only on the internet.

Top houses: pi phi, g phi, a phi.

If you choose based on the current rankings, you're not going to be happy.

In my opinion this is what it is..I have many girl friends in greek life and this is based on overall sorority (personality and looks)

my advice to those rushing is to not judge a house based on looks or reputation. you'll end up where you're supposed to be so dont get discouraged if a house you think you like doesnt invite you back. it wasnt meant to be. if you're gonna be stuck up and close minded you dont deserve to be involved in greek life. even the person below me is being close minded because she thinks only lower tier sororities have good sisterhood. that may be true, but you dont know what house you'll want till you visit all of them
