It's because these girls want to come off like they have real money and show that they are wearing a 200-500 dollar dresses or clothes in reality they rented it. The girls they are renting it from want to think they have money but if they did come from money they wouldn't need to be renting out their clothes

Maybe they're renting out their dresses because they're smart. Lots of "rich" people like to continue to make money. Also, lots of "rich" people understand that purchasing a depreciating "asset" is not the smartest move.
