Delta chi owning zbt house

its probable. dchi has their charter. they own the house. they only thing preventing dchi from taking their house back is the fact zbt pays around 50k a semester to Dchi's housing corporation. zbt signs a 1 year lease each year for their live ins. whenever dchi can pay more money on that house than zbt they will get it back.

then why havent those squids taken their house back yet? they've been on campus for years. it took ksig and sae 1 year of recruiting

If you think Dchi would have to pay 50K for their own house you're retarded. They would get a better price.
