best off campus houses

i have to narrow to 14 houses, obviously the on campus ones are good but who should i pick out of KA, Sig nu, TKE, DKE, TDX, Dchi, Sig Tau, AGR, Zeta Psi, DTD, phi tau, beta, delta sig? i think i pick 5 off campus cause there are 9 on row

I would choose:
KA - They own their house
Dchi - Long history and getting their house back from ZBT
Beta - long history and getting their house back from Zeta Psi once they get going
DTD - long history and have a ton of money for a new house
