ACTUAL TOP FRAT RANKS FALL 2024

This is the definite list of frat ranks for incoming freshman who are going to be rushing, people will probably hate on this list but these are top houses objectively based on a lot of defining factors.

Top: Phi Delt, SAE, PiKapp

Upper: Kappa Sigma, TDX, Sig Tau,

Upper mid: AGR, ZBT, DKE, Sammy

Mid: Delta Chi, Beta, Sig Chi, FIJI, Zeta Psi, KA

Lower Mid: Sig Ep, Taxi, Phi Kappa Tau, TKE


Every other house is irrelevant.
