2024 INCOMING FRESHMAN FRAT RANKINGS

This is for all guys rushing in the fall. Here is my unbiased ranking and opinion on the different frats from a girls perspective: PSA most girls and guys will agree.

TOP Houses:
Sig Ep, ZBT, Fiji, Sig Chi

MID but good:
PiKapp (off campus now),Theta Xi, KA, Sammy, TKE

Eh:
TDX (new house?), Phi Delt, SNU, AEPI, Zeta PSi

NEW:
Kappa Sig, SAE

As a girl I have to say Sigma Nu is my fav house on campus. No its not a "top" house but I've had the most fun at that house out of any. Not to mention the guys are actually nice and super funny. They have a great brotherhood :)
