I agree with this list I can see SAE being better than ZBT. SAE has a lot of smart and good looking kids that are degenerates like ZBT or pi kapp.

pretty accurate, except no way delta chi is getting anywhere near that high even with zbt’s house lmao the guys are so weird. also the guys in theta xi are absolutely the worst personality wise but they’re lowkey cute and their parties are fun so I feel like they’re at least higher than sammy and ksig
