Beta coming back?

I was in class this morning and overheard some guys in theta xi saying the house is gonna be changing to beta? would that mean they take the zeta psi house too?

Beta can’t come back until like 25-26. Their nationals own Zeta Psi’s current house, so they would get that house eventually. Theta xi has no relation to either and own their house on row
