The island vs Row

I’m rushing a frat in the fall. I’m from outta state so I’m trying to learn as much as I can. I’ve heard that I for sure want to be in a house on row. Not a house that’s on the island or even a frat that doesn’t have a house (are there any)? Can someone please explain.

All of the relevant frats that have the best parties are on Greek row. There are only 4 frats not on row and I would not consider joining them.

Bump this 100 percent

TKE sucked the entire time they were on row ..they will suck harder now that they are off.

Kappa Sigma is new on the row in their house-you will need to give them a few years to crank.

PNMs it’s really only worth your time to bid a house on row.

Houses on the Island pretty much suck
