Fraternity ranks spring semester

Rush is coming up for fraternity’s so I thought it would be helpful to give the boys some honest advice from the girls on campus.
1. Fiji
2. Sig Ep
3. Sig Chi
4. ZBT
These are 100% the top four houses and definitely what people should aim for. Fiji and sig ep have the nicest guys, cutest guys, best parties and least issues. They are def my fav frats to go to anytime. I put fiji above sig ep because for this semester sig ep can’t rly serve.
Sig Chi has always been up there but had some weird stuff go on last semester so they dropped a bit. ZBT is still great but about to loose their house so next year they might not be relevant at all.
Those are the clear top houses but after that it goes to preference ig
Middle houses.

Sammy
Phi Kapp (used to be great but couldn’t host all last semester so now idk)
Bottom houses
If a house didn’t make the above lists then they are a bottom house. Either too far away, lame parties, weird guys or something else.
