Big gap - the top houses everyone agrees on, gets the hottest girls and has the best parties

6. Theta Xi
7. Sammy
8. KA

Decent gap - Theta Xi has done the best here and has the most upside but the other two are decently behind

9. TKE
10. TDX
11. Phi Delt
12. Zeta Psi

Any frat after this isn’t relevant enough on campus yet, they need to focus on building better PCs, better parties and strengthening sorority connections

Big gap - everyone agrees on top 5, maybe order is different. Aphi might have dropped
