Are any frats going to lose their houses?

Im going to be a freshman in the fall and wanted to know if any fraternity chapters are on the verge on losing their house, I want to rush but I want to ideally join a house that is not at risk of losing the their house

ZBT and TKE are losing it after this year. So you have one year of the fraternity experience then delta chi and kappa sig are taking their houses back.

TKE loses their house to Ksig after this school year year and ZBT the year after that to DChi

I think a lot of people fail to realize the fact that they wont lose their houses until Kappa Sig and DChi have enough members to fill the houses which probably wont be for a while. K Sig literally built a small house off campus for the meantime and DChi from their spring PC seems like it will be at least 3-4 years till they have the chance to take the house back.

Nope -that’s just not correct.
kSig is in colony form -that’s true. But TKE lease is over 2023. They will fill the house much much faster on row. They know that.

Yup -TKE is def gone after 23. They are in Kappa Sigs house. Kappa sig is a Colonybut fully expect to be in THEIR house next year. Why the hell wouldn’t they be
