Frat Row houses 2022

Lookin for some help here. I’m committed to U of A for fall 2022. Was on track to be a college athlete but an unfortunate injury is gonna keep me off the field. So, I’m thinking joining a frat might bring me the brotherhood I’m used to having from a team. Here’s my question..I’m premed a good student and I’m taking a heavy course load. Can someone honestly tell me what frats will be on row? What frats are leaving the row? Not a popularity contest..this is a time issue for me. I’ve tried to find out from posts ( TKE leaving..Kappa Sig getting house back?) but it’s honestly confusing.

Delta Chi is taking back their house from ZBT at some point.

Whenever SAE comes back TDX will have to move out.

Also I’m not sure if Delt will ever come back but if so then Theta Xi will move out.

theta xi owns their house the only houses that have the possibility of leaving are sammmy, TKE, and ZBT

Sammy actually bought out the house from DTD so they wont lose it

try sig ep. It one of the better houses on row but they’re rarely/nvr in trouble so they throw often. They also have the highest gpa out of all the frats so if ur focused on school prob the best option

Hey -great question. Nice to see a genuine discussion on here. I second the Sig Ep recommendation.

I am also curious - the houses that are leaving row ..where are you going? For example..TKE / Anyone know?

Not sure who’s leaving but - MAKE sure you ask. In the past some PNMs have had no idea that the frat they like doesn’t own the house. I 100 percent know this happened to some TKE guys. They pledged and had zero idea that the house actually belongs to Kappa Sig.

sig ep and fiji both have the highest gpas by a decent amount so if you are focused on school they both value that. they both own their own houses so they will be there for a while unless they are booted but prob won’t happen. sig ep has more business guys and fiji has more stem. definitely give all the houses a chance, this is just what i think imo. hopefully this helps.
