theta chi?

Why are they widely accepted as the most universally hated fraternity on campus? Don't get me wrong, I have my own opinions and it's not good, I'm just wondering what other people think? They seem to be like the alpha chi or tri delt of fraternities

I could see how the previous comments' explanations make sense, but all the Theta Chi guys I know aren't TFM at all. They are mostly just your normal guys. Nothing special, but nothing horrible either.

Are they nerdy? They have a pretty solid GPA this past year.
