On the U of A greek like sanctions page it says that AEPhi is under appeal for loss of recognition or under suspension of activities? What happened

Not loss of recognition that would definitely be more of a thing than it is right now ... Suspension of activities with alc because of KA. It's the same thing with Fiji KA and ZBT

AEPhi is a sorority, not a fraternity dude. You're thinking of AEPi. OP is talking about the sorority.
