What every happened to theta chi, beta, and Pikes houses? Are new frats living there?

pike will have theirs for awhile probably since they are on the island. idk what could happen

Pike owns theyre house, they will live there but not be able to recruit solid enough PC’s to fill it. I suppose it will become a crack den in the next 2-4 years (as if it already isn’t). I heard when they were on campus they would put a crack pipe in pledges face and if they said no they would have to shoot up

I think sig tau had Betas house but those geeds couldn’t fill it so I think zeta psi is moving from TDX’s old house to Beta’s
