Tdx has the compound. The village is mostly pi kap and pike but there are guys from houses tdx, Sammy and zbt living with pi kaps or pikes. Also even tho they don’t exist anymore there is alot of kids that were in theta chi that are living there. Almost all of theta chi’s last pc went to pi kap or pike since they got kicked so this is why

There used to be a lot a few years ago I think aepi probably still has the grove, ka I think still has the boathouse, sugar shack doesn’t rent anymore, neither does the White House, and then there’s a bunch of smaller ones 8 ball, kitty pit you get the point
