Sigma chi - top house because they have a lot of money and our ifc director is a sigma chi so probably will never be kicked off
Pi kapp - grown in recent years wasnt a top house till this year due to houses getting kicked off and Greek life dying. Terrible location on the island most likely the next house to get kicked
ZBT- growin they used to be decent and now there a good house for the same reasons there seniors coming up this year had a really good class and they have a nice house
Sig ep - some super smart kids with a new 4 million dollar house they are an arguable top house but there any many left to choose from

Sammy - kinda floats around never been a top house never been a bottom they have a decent house with some kids probably will stay here till Greek life dies
Tdx - grown in recent years due to houses being kicked and they got blessed since the houses got kicked and took SAEs house they have been doing better and have a few guys that really carry them up here need to throw more parties in order to move up
Theta xi - kinda just floats here too not much is ever said about them so couldn’t tell you I know they have production in their courtyard which is a plus but there house is okay at best
Ka - used to be a really good house but have fallen in recent years there guys are chill just a terrible location and they need to throw more

Tke- growing again one of the houses that got blessed they took kappa sigmas house which shot them up they wouldn’t be half as decent if they didn’t kind of like to hype themselves up
Fiji - got their house back from being a dorm have a lot money very questionable recruiting
