Real Frat Rankings for fall 2021 rush

Pi Kapp and Sig Chi- they are the top two houses and have the best guys and parties. Two very different houses but are clearly the top.
Sig Ep- Smart guys that are slightly awkward but have a nice house and when they throw it’s great.
ZBT- Bad pc in the spring, but had the best parties this year.
Sammy- Not the best recruiting this year but still have quality parties and good location.
TKE, TDX, Theta Xi- Ppl that rush, beware !! These are the frats that live on this site and are always arguing. TKE is probably the worst of these three houses but they are very similar and all have their pros and cons. These houses are all mid tier.
KA- chill guys, but location is not good.
Fiji- Never been, haven’t heard the best things but they have potential with a good house

Tdx and theta xi I never see arguing. if anything other lower houses argue even more than tke to somehow try to seem relevant

TKE TDX and Theta Xi ALL live on this site. Freshman that are rushing do not be tricked these houses are nothing special even though 90% of the time they are arguing about which of the three is best. They all aren’t good lol

I don’t think TKE is even a good fraternity, but it’s so obvious someone lives in this website bashing them and clearly are in theta xi or tdx which both happen to probably be slightly better than TKE but honestly they all 3 aren’t good

TKE is honestly better than those two houses for the time being, got better pc and threw better parties. As long as they got that house they are relevant

Traditional ranking are toxic. SigEp tends to attract the kind of guy who wants more than a drinking club out of his fraternity. Students go to college to develop personally and professionally. Some other fraternities have facilities that house brothers in environments that harm rather than help those goals by forcing brothers to go elsewhere to study during parties. But SigEp's substance-free facility provides a very conducive environment for doing what students go to college to do.
