you can tell everyone on here is a freshman.... even though sigma chi doesn't have a house this year doesn't make them a bad frat they have HOT nice SMART boys who are the ones you would want to marry. they're actually going to do something after college unlike a lot of these frat stars. yes they don't have a house but they're parties are still a lot of fun I've actually enjoyed the smaller parties less ratchet gphis

okay literally no one cares. you guys are clearly all frat douches. you do realize that no matter how much you bash other guys frats, the girls are still gonna go there? theyre not gonna be like, "oh i read that pike has girly girls im not gonna party there anymore." pike gets tons of girls at their house every weekend. so does dchi even though they were kicked off. and obviously fiji and aepi does too. kappa sig is still new and kinda sucks.

i don't like fiji at all, they're boring
i like SAE and d chi and would consider them the two top houses
followed by pike/sigma chi who are about even to me
then aepi and kappa sig

the rest are irrelevant to me

AEPi is way too overrated and nothing special and SAE will be nothing more than a social club now that they are forced to eliminate their pledging from their membership or get shut down by their IHQ.
