Gphi last fall gave bids to practically anyone because so many pnm’s dropped them for other houses before pref. They are going down hill.

Kinda difficult. You need to be pretty, skinny, have a good personality, and have a good instagram. Gphi gave anyone a bid in fall

Besides looks u need to have a personality u can’t just be a brick wall with nothing to offer but prettiness
