Rankings with descriptions

1. Sig chi(best parties, some cool guys but way too selective and miss out on a lot of kids)
2. Pi Kapp ( a lot of really cool guys, arguably best parties if not second best, but not the best culture)
3. ZBT (a lot of really chill guys, probaly 3rd best parties)
4. Sig ep (large amount of smart kids, however have recruited look a sorority the past two years and focus way too much on looks)

Huge gap

5. Sammy (tanked a lot recently, got a good spring class though. On track to drop a lot in the next couple years, but as of now still have a bit of a gap over the houses below them)

Small gap: The rest are irrelevant, you can argue Sammy is as well.

6. KA (This is a huge stretch. If it came down to parties, they would be at the very bottom. This is strictly on the quality of guys in the house. Some of the chillest kids on campus.)
7. TDX (Only this high cause of courtyard and location, as well as the fact that the other houses are really bad)
8. Phi Delt (some of the chillest kids on campus, below average parties)
9. Zeta psi (Another house that is lower in terms of parties, but have a lot of quality guys)
10. Theta Xi (took some chill kids in the fall, however really struggled to convince kids to join them this year. Also bad house)
11. TKE (Great house, a lot of chill kids, but empty parties put them at the bottom)
12.Fiji (smart kids, a lot are nice, but can’t recruit which leads to a lot of wasted potential)

The rest
