Kappa sig will be back and thriving in the ΚΣ mansion that is being held hostage by intruders at the moment.............. their legacy lives on and they will resume residency at the mansion as soon as possible and with the best pc (as always) #rip

uh, no. tke already bought a house in like the 90’s, right across the street from where they are now. see the five equilateral triangle windows on the front of pima hall? tke symbols.
the housing corp has no interest in buying more land. there’s just no support for another capital project. the chapter couldn’t build keep the numbers to fill a brand new house. the chapter folded and leased it out to pike for a few years, then the housing corp signed a 100 year lease with the uofa who turned it into pima hall.
