1. Pi Kapp: way too selective for spring rush but on the rise. Also daddies pike on the regular
2. Sig chi: Only reason people go here is for clout, similar to pike
3. Pike: only reason there even this way is because of the clout from who they used to be. Is now pi kapps daughter
4. ZBT
5. Sammy: Used to be a lot better, is tanking but spring pc saved them for at least another semester. Once older guys are out their done
6. Sig ep: Only this high cause of house and location. They recruit like a sorority, they care about looks more than personality. You will never be top house that way.
7. Phi Delt: Not the most popular but underratedly have a lot of groupies+ are a group of quality guys. Chill with the pledging tho.
8. KA: Probaly the chillest guys on campus, however their terrible location leads to empty parties. Sig ep or KA should give them their house.
9. Fiji: Most would consider bottom house, however they have some signature events+ with their alumni, house and location, they have so much potential. They just take the wrong people.
10. TDX: Only thing going for them is courtyard
11: TKE: A lot of really chill guys, best house after beta. Too bad nice guys finish last as these kids are so nice for the most part
12: Theta Xi: pre school got red tagged. Also couldn’t get anyone to join them in the fall and this spring.
