2021 RANKINGS - For those who are rushing in fall

Let me start off by saying you should never join a fraternity/sorority based off these ranks. You’ll be joining for the wrong reasons and most of the time they will see right through it and not offer you a bid.
Frats:
1. Sig Chi - most would agree that this is the top house, lots of money, good spot on the row and a nice physical house, great parties but is never filled to capacity which makes it a little overrated, selective and had arguably the 2nd/3rd best recruiting this year but could have done better in the spring so pi kapp might have passed them
2. Pi Kapp - grimey house, not a great location as they are off the row and on “the island”, sketchy past incidents and has a bad rep for it, great parties and had arguably the best recruiting this year could be new top house but we’ll see next year
3. Sig Ep - smartest house, one of the nicer physical houses on the row, way too selective but had arguably the 2nd/3rd best recruiting this year, great parties but needs to party more and care less about grades
4. ZBT - hipster vibes, arguably best courtyard, good parties but needs to do more than just putting all effort into zbtahiti, decent year of recruiting but hands out way to many bids and needs to start being selective to stay in the top
5. Pike - former top house, was unable to participate in spring rush and it really hurt them, great parties but needs to go all out next year to stop tanking, on “the island” next to pi kapp and they hate each other
6. Sammy - chill and overall good guys, decent house and nice spot on the row, did better than expected this year for recruiting, trending upwards
7. Theta Xi - pretty solid year of recruiting, also trending up and could be better than Sammy, house is on the smaller side and is sandwiched between sammy sig ep and zbt which hurts them
8. TDX - good house and nice courtyard, they must keep the house to stay relevant but are possibly losing it, decent year of recruiting, really close in ranking with sammy/theta xi so we will see who does the comes out on top next year in terms of partying
9. Phi Delt - house is not the best, overall good guys who are nice, very respectful to the ladies, decent parties but need to step it up
10. Fiji - Walmart version of sig ep, very smart house, arguably the best physical house on campus, so much potential due to the house/alumni but needs to recruit better and throw better parties
11. TKE - the best physical house on campus, lots of people think they are losing their house which is why they this low and the house is the only thing that keeps them relevant
12. KA - really chill guys, just a terrible location that holds them back, decent recruiting
13. Zeta Psi - nice guys, need to party more, overall good group of guys
14. Sig Nu - very friendly guys, house is not in the best spot as it’s a little off campus, definitely need to party more
15. The rest
Sorority rankings don’t matter as much as the frats, as long as your hot you will get wristbands to the frat parties and be fine but it doesn’t hurt to be in an upper tier sorority to have good connections with the frats, but some of them mainly recruit based off of looks which the unfortunate truth. Sometimes the “top” frats will only give wristbands to the “top” sororities.

20 years ago, PWGs were an endangered species.
Being mixed-race bread out of existence.
The lack of PWG species protection since that time has lead to their imminent extinction.

3. Increasing percentage of liberal passive white males not sheltering their same race potential mates from numerous outside species ending threats.
4. Dads not protecting their PWG vulnerable daughters from these numerous outside species ending threats.
5. The media now glamorizing mixed race mating.
6, The music industry attracting PWGs to mixed race mating cultures through rap, hip hop and soul music tracks.

Both suck but honstley TDX is worse, theta Xi is irrelevant but I can’t think of a worse group than TDX, they always put themselves with Sammy and theta Xi to trick people
