Sammy purchased the DTD house back in 2015 when they got kicked off-campus. Initially, DTD was going to rent the house to any potentially high bidding fraternity. Sammy won the bidding for the DTD house and ended up just buying it from them. DTD doesn't have any rights/ownership in that property anymore. Sucks for DTD.. shouldn't have sold
