As long as you are having fun yourself it doesn’t matter if you are in a top, middle, or bottom house. Rankings are for people that have nothing better happening in their life.

I don't think tiers matter that much. If you are joining a house just for the clout, you won't get much out of it and are wasting your time / a loser. I know it sounds lame, but do what makes u happy bro, whether that is a top tier, low tier, or no frat at all.

Really doesn’t matter, if you find a place you vibe with and you find a good group of guys you’ll enjoy yourself. Girls go to all of the houses with a few exceptions (houses that are new on campus have some trouble with this). The rankings on here aren’t all that accurate it mostly comes down to who’s on this site the most.
Tldr go with the house where you feel at home and you’ll have the best college experience you could ask for. Don’t let geeds on Greek rank make the decision for you
