Getting Dropped

pnm going through recruitment rn. so for set 2 I got 8 houses back, and i’m wondering what makes houses drop people between set 2, 3 and pref?

Mainly conversations at that point! Houses have already dropped grade risks so now it’s basically if your conversations go well and how well you fit in with that specific house
