Top Tier (in no order):
FIJI: Can do basically anything they want because of karl eller, lots of tradition
PIKE: newest top house, have been killing it this year, huge parties every weekend, fun philanthropy.
SAE: Hottest Guys, Rage the hardest. Always in Trouble
Sigma Chi: Great guys but they don't have a house this year

Middle:
AEPI, DCHI, DELT

Wrong!!!! SAE is nothing but a problem to the IFC. Honestly, the other fraternities would not care if they were gone. They either need to be shut down or go through a serous membership review with their National Office. Maybe it's time that SAE CLEANS HOUSE!!!

HAHAHA pike top tier? NEVER. Must have been a freshman writing this post. they have sucked the past 3 years and still suck today. sorry but not.

im a girl and not a freshman and i would definitely consider Pike top tier. i wouldn't have last year but now i definitely do

She is probably a girlfriend to a PIKE. That is what she got so defensive in her response. Word of advice....AWAKE UP and SMELL THE STARBUCKS!!! Pikes not worth top tier.
