Rush is too messy rn

So girls please help a girl out and explain what is going on right now. Are chapters already gathering Pnms they want and reaching out to girls they like? like is rush going to be fair this year or what. I mean I have talked to a chapter so far and I'm confused why they are reaching out

Recruitment is different this year. The chapters are encouraged to reach out to PNMs this year in attempt to learn about them. Keep an open mind, be honest, and just go with it. Nothing about it this year will be normal. Trust the process.

We’re reaching out to as many pnms as possible! The process is still going to be fair :)

Some houses have chosen to reach out and some haven’t because each does what they feel is best and the most fair. Do not be discouraged if a chapter u are interested doesn’t reach out, cuz some aren’t participating in that! :)
