I've actually at least seen most of these frats and this is what I think is accurate :)

If you were actually in a sorority you would know sigma chi is tier 1, d chi is tier 2, and theta chi is tier 11

because even if they aren't "recognized" by ifc on campus, they still party harder than every other fraternity. plus they actually are still a fraternity with national recognition on privately owned property.

This list is garbage because beta isn't even going to homecoming with anyone...i'd say look at who the homecoming pairs are to get a good idea

Theta Chi got a nice house so now they are acknowledged as decent, Pi kapp and SAE are in alot of trouble and pi kapp is endangered of getting kicked off, and PIKE has been throwing down like maniacs this year .
