No house is easier or harder to get a bid from. It's about if they see you in their house. There's no guarantee they will but you'll probably get a bid from a house in the end.

Okay. If you want a bud from aphi or gphi, good luck. You better be at least a 9/10 with at least 1800 instagram followers. Your outfits better be amazing, and your conversations have to impress them.
Careful because gphi and aphi drop a lot of pledges because they are selective and only want certain girls.
You have the best chance with DG. They are improving as a house, but still not in the realm of gphi and aphi.

i can confirm a lot of girls dropped gphi and aphi for “lower tier” houses this past recruitment. The ranks are gonna change if that keeps happening
