quality girls?

There seemed to be a lack of quality girls this year- unfortunately most appeared hard, unkempt, unfit, and did not look the the picture of a sorority type (intelligent, well-spoken, modestly dressed, good social skills, and have a great personality). Hopefully, most will drop out before they embarass the rest of us. If this keeps up, in a few years we might as well save time and recruit them off the street.
Maybe we forgot that it is not about the quanity but the quality.
