can someone give me more info on these frats please?

So I’m a freshman looking to rush this spring, I’ve only met a few people in frats and would feel weird asking them about specific frats. From the people I’ve met and what I know these are the houses I’m looking to rush but was wondering if you guys could give me some more context:

Pike
Beta
Theta Chi (if they don’t get kicked off)
Sig Ep
ZBT

Forget about these 5 frats. They are sliding fast.

I'd try to get myself in with the TKEs. If you haven't noticed, they have the biggest house, epic parties with the hottest chicks hanging around 7 days a week.

I’m sorry but you want nothing to do with Theta Chi. They have fallen off and will be nowhere close to what they were before all the investigations.

I’m not basing it off Greek rank, I’ve met guys in all these houses that seem like solid guys, I just want to know more about the fraternity’s from a Greek life perspective, I feel like it would be weird to ask people this stuff irl tho

Also for spring rush I was told we won’t have time to go everywhere and have to pre choose where to go because it isn’t a very structured process
