Beta - The Compound
Phi Delt - The Boathouse
The Suga Shack - Beta got evicted last year landlord isn’t leasing to frats anymore
The Complex/Mountain house - Similar to shack no one has it cause sae couldn’t refill it and landlord didn’t want to lease to frats anymore

How long before beta gets evicted from the compound, they destroyed mountain and got booted like 2 years ago, then destroyed the shack and got evicted last year. I doubt those idiots hold onto the compound for more than two years

No aepi has had it for a while, they just did a joint with theta chi there last year. I forgot to include it because they are all but kicked off and haven’t thrown down at all. Theta Chi had the compound but gave it to Beta this year because they got their new satellite.
