Theta Chi was better last year but really fell off last spring, also it’s looking like they might get kicked off. I would still put them above Beta as of now though because beta is pretty handicapped due to their house

Theta chi is definitely getting the boot. They were stupid enough to have a joint party with kappa sig which ended in a fight. They are done. Cya
