They will become like how sig chi is, top houses due to physical house and alumni support. I don’t want that to happen but that’s just how Greek life at this school is. Sig chi for example if you put them in another frats house they would be a lower mid tier house, and they were till they got their current house, when my uncle went here around 2010 sig chi were a bunch of losers but then they lived in the k sig house before their new one and they became a upper mid/top house within 3 years

Lol in 3 years tke has to give that house back to kappa sig. Ksig still owns the house.. they were just forced to pick a frat to lease it to. Smells like a teek self rank just sad

TKE is only on people's radar right now because of the house they are LEASING for next few years. Once the house is gone, so will any attention they are given. I wonder how many pledges they took this fall. Does anyone know?
