Sig Chi (will always be a top house due to their physical house, never getting in trouble, and money)
Beta (they have the compound now and are apparently getting a wall aroun their yard, been rising the past 2 years)
Pike ( They still have a lot of clout but they’ve been getting in trouble, the younger guys aren’t very good, no real satellite houses)
Pi Kap (They have been taking good pledge classes, rose a bunch last year and are continuing to become a top house, lots of money and younger girls LOVE them)
ZBT (staying in place)
Sammy (falling somewhat)
