Beta (they have the compound now and are apparently getting a wall aroun their yard, been rising the past 2 years)
Pike ( They still have a lot of clout but they’ve been getting in trouble, the younger guys aren’t very good, no real satellite houses)
Pi Kap (They have been taking good pledge classes, rose a bunch last year and are continuing to become a top house, lots of money and younger girls LOVE them)

Can’t tell if this is a pi kap or theta chi self rank but either way this somewhat accurate but still a huge self rank. Also beta has been saying they are getting a wall the past 2 years, I’ll belive it when I see it.

ARPI is getting kicked off. Theta Chi will be suspended for a year at least if not fully kicked off, pike is on a thin line, and pi kap might be suspended for a little but seemed to have gotten off. So this will be a interesting year
