which houses would you guys say are genuinely underrated or overlooked here?

The ones that don’t use Greekrank to fake status and popularity so basically any house that isn’t Pi Kapp, Beta, Pike, ZBT, SAM, and AEPi.

I didn’t know any tdx guys until this year but there more fun than a lot of houses above them. Would be better if they had more parties

Sig Ep is the definition of middle tier. Consistent and well liked but their parties look like late nights from a top house.

Sig Ep is not given enough credit. They by far have the best brotherhood on campus and have the best parties. This year is going to be their year to shine. Whoever doubts me does not know what they are taking about. The last pledge class gets a lot of girls and are really cool kids
