When do these houses re colonise

DTD ( owns Sammy’s house)
Asig
Sae ( owns TDX’s house)
K sig (owns tke’s house)
D Chi ( Owns ZBT’s house)

Well Ksig and Sae both just got kicked off just last year so those 2 aren’t coming back for another like 3 or 4years minimum

DChi is never coming back because when the school kicked them off their nationals didn't leaving a broken relationship with the national fraternity and the Dean's office. Same deal with Asig. Asig would suck anyways because Pi Kapp owned their house so even if they come back there would be no where to go. DTD is coming back this year or next year but Sammy bought their house so DTD would have to build new or buy a house like Tri Delt.

Sammy fully owns that house brotha. Dchi however still owns the ZBT house
