sisterhood (tip to pnm’s)

so i have seen a lot of posts on here lately asking about sisterhood, which houses truly have it, etc. #1 TIP TO PNM’S- look around, especially on preference day or whichever day they do a senior ceremony, and see how many seniors are still in the house. Those are the girls that have remained close all this time, those are the girls that really did “find their future bridesmaids” and all that. Poor sisterhoods typically lead to much higher drop rates (aka a lot less seniors & juniors even) Hope this helps <3

This is a good idea EXCEPT a lot of seniors don't go to their chapters recruitment so this can throw off some chapters senior ratios.
