Mid:

Sammy
Pi Kap
KA
Sig Ep
Tdx
Lower Mid / Upper bottom:
Zeta Psi
Theta Xi
Phi Delt
Bottom:
TKE
Fiji
Sig Tau
Phi Tau

Sig Chi and Pike are both going to drop and get passed up by other houses, the only reason they’ve been considered so good the past two years is cause in 2017-2018 sae and ksig we’re on suspension then got kicked off summer 18.

Beta, if they get a new house or remodel it
ZBT or Sammy, if they do well in the next 4 years
Pi Kap, in 4-6 years
Fiji or tke, in 6-10 years with their new houses
