positive aspects of each fraternity

Sig chi- Great parties and Physical house will stay on top
Pike- Great guys and parties but house is off row but will probably stay towards top
Theta Chi- some of the most well rounded guys don’t know about house situation for next year
Beta- Guys are pretty good and some hella fun parties but like pike house holds them back will probably begin to fall
Sammy-one of Nicest house and used to have good parties but have kind of taken a step back guys are whatever so beginning to fall
Pi Kapp- Hella good parties and younger girls love them, guys are a mixed bag but rising fast and will continue to
Aepi- Only thing keeping them afloat is they used to b top tier but continue to fall
Zbt- Like Sammy have one of nicer house and guys are really good but for some reason took a step back after troyboi for some reason
Sig ep- Smartest dudes on campus and all good guys , house is nice but parties are pretty average
Tdx- one of the beat houses on campus(rip sae) and still prettt new, guys are whatever but have done well for being new, had some above average parties
ka-guys are nice and all and parties are decent but house really holds them back

Rest are whatever

Sig Chi: Easily the best physical house and loads of money
Pike: Best Looking
Theta Chi: Realy cool guys and party hard
Beta: Funny and party hard
Sammy: Great physical House
ZBT: Well rounded guys with an awesome physical house
Pi Kap: Lots of money for party’s, nice house
KA: Very nice and laid back guys
Aepi: Party Hard, have the grove (Best satalite house)
Sig Ep: Best Gpa’s on campus and a really nice house
TDX: Have the old SAE house (great courtyard)
Theta Xi: Extremely respectful of girls
Zeta Psi: Have the whitehouse (Big Satalite house)
Phi Delt: Have the boatyard (dope satalite house)
TKE: Getting the Ksig house
Fiji: Getting the old Fiji house back
Sig Tau: idk probably nice guys
Phi tau: no clue about these guys but they are probably smart or something

Aepi: Can gangrape a girl on video but beat the case due to all their parents and alumni being rich and or lawyers ✡️💵✡️
