is pi kap a top house?

Easy answer is no they aren’t a top house, yet.
I say yet because Pi Kapp used to be nonexistent on campus this time last year. Something changed so credit to them for figuring it out and improving.
However, you shouldn’t base rush off of anything on this site. Just because you hear good or bad things about Pi Kapp or any other house in Greek rank it doesn’t really say much about the actual chapter. You should take a bid where you fit in and enjoy being during rush week. There is a chapter for everyone and the rank of the house shouldn’t determine your opinion of them. If you suicide rush a good house, like most kids, you will end up cut at the end of the week and left with no where to go.
