ur stupid. if the only thing u consider memorable is having a big dj, then what are you referring too? U clearly dont consider brotherhood, parties/ kickbacks and the quality of girls that your house regularly hangs out with. If you define a house based on a "memorable event" then ur house most likely isn't a good one.
